As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Cicada Apparels. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Cicada Apparels, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Cicada Apparels’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Returns

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from us. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. However, if a product may not be what you expected it to be, in that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

      • Return Period and Replace: You can return your item(s) within 7 days from the delivery date for Replace only.

        Important: Return and Refund: Refund will complete after proper inquiry only for PRODUCT DAMAGE (Unbox video).

      • Condition: Returned items must be in their original packaging, including tags,  booklets, and labels, and must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

      • Exclusions: Customized items or sale items cannot be returned.

      • Process: To initiate a return and replace, please contact our customer service team at info@cicadaapparels.com . Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them and process your refund if the item is in returnable condition.

     •Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

     •Processing Time: It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

     •Partial Refunds: In cases where certain conditions are not met, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, you can return your item with an explanation, and place a new order for the item of your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

        • Sale items

        • Customized products

        • Gift cards
